Raspberries and Whipped Cream

This is a very simple yet very tasty dessert. By keeping the raspberry serving small you can enjoy some fruit without taking too much of a carb hit.

Ingredients:

  • 80 g (2.8 oz) of frozen raspberries
  • 100 ml (3.4 fluid oz) of cream
  • 6 drops of liquid sweetener (I used EZ-Sweetz)

Recipe:

  1. Whip the cream together with the sweetener.
  2. Heat the frozen raspberries in the microwave for approximately one minute (depending on how hot you want them).
  3. Put into two individual serving bowls and enjoy.
