Cheesy Spinach

My partner is not fond of vegetables, so we often add things to them to help hide the flavour. This recipe uses grated cheese, which makes the spinach more palatable for him.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g (7 oz) of raw baby spinach
  • 80 g (2.8 oz) of grated cheddar cheese
  • 15 g (0.5 oz) of butter

Recipe:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach and let it cook until wilted (this should only take a couple of minutes).
  3. Remove the spinach from the pan and put onto a serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top, and allow it to melt.
