We have subway salads quite often (for those nights when we’re short on time or can’t be bothered cooking). We use a BMT as the base, and usually have double cheese, double meat, double bacon, and the usual choice of salads. We usually leave off the dressing and add something at home (keto-friendly mayonnaise like Best Foods or Kewpie).
Nutritional Info:
We don’t have specific nutritional information for this (the New Zealand subway site doesn’t have great information for salads) but the carbs etc should be fine as long as you don’t go overboard on the vegetables.
