Pepperoni Chips

These, like cheesies, are a great keto snack – quick, easy, and really tasty. You can use whatever pepperoni you like (adjusting the nutritional info accordingly), and you can eat them plain or with a dip.

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices (approximately 30 g or 1 oz) of pepperoni (I used Brooks)

Recipe:

  1. Put the pepperoni slices on a paper towel, spread out over the size of a dinner plate.

  3. Cook on high in the microwave for approximately 1 1/2 minutes or until sufficiently crispy (they will continue to crispen for about a minute after cooking).
  4. Enjoy!
