Raspberry Mousse

I’ve been experimenting with some different mousse-type desserts to try and satisfy my sweet cravings at night. This one was simple to make and we both thought the taste was quite nice.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml (5 fluid oz) of cream
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) of frozen raspberries
  • 30 g (1 oz) of low carb raspberry jam (we used Jok’n’Al)

Recipe:

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip until well combined and fluffy.
  2. Put into two individual serving bowls and put in the fridge to chill for an hour.
